The service
TripTide is an AI-assisted travel-planning service operated by Good Tides AS, Norwegian organisation number 937 657 722. It helps users create and refine suggested itineraries for Arctic Norway.
Plans, prices, and availability
Trip plans are recommendations and may contain mistakes or become outdated. Prices are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise. Weather, availability, opening hours, transport, safety conditions, and operator requirements can change.
You are responsible for confirming important details with the relevant provider before travelling or purchasing.
External providers and bookings
TripTide does not currently sell package travel or take payment for travel services. Links or booking actions may take you to an independent operator or booking platform. Any purchase is made with that provider and is governed by its price, availability, cancellation terms, privacy notice, and customer support.
TripTide will update these terms before introducing direct booking or payment within the service.
Accounts and saved trips
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Saved plans are provided for convenience and should not be your only record of confirmed reservations.
Acceptable use
You may use TripTide for lawful personal or business travel planning. You must not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse automated access, or submit content that infringes the rights of others.
Our responsibility
We work to provide a useful and reliable service, but TripTide is supplied without a guarantee that every suggestion will be accurate, available, or suitable for you. To the extent permitted by law, Good Tides AS is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unconfirmed information or by the acts of independent travel providers.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and governing law
We may update the service and these terms as TripTide develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new update date. Norwegian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections available where you live.
